Tai Chi
Tai Chi is more than flowing movement. It is a grounded and ancient method for developing presence, balance, and connection with all of nature (including ourselves).
With over 15 years of practice, Owl focuses on deep mindfulness and practical integration. Tai Chi
This work supports nervous system regulation, physical alignment, and a clearer relationship to attention itself.
POTENTIAL COPY from previous website:
Tai Chi is a living art of presence. Each class is a form of moving meditation, cultivating breath awareness, deep relaxation, balance, strength, and intentional posture.
Like the balance of yin and yang that shapes the natural world, Tai Chi practice develops two complementary qualities: grounded strength and relaxed, flowing movement.
Classes are rooted in Cheng Man-ch'ing’s Yang-style short form and are supported by elements of Qigong practice.
All skill levels are welcome. Classes are held outdoors, rain or shine. Please dress comfortably and warmly.
