Tai Chi

Welcome to a new Tai Chi offering in Bend, Oregon. Each class of "moving meditation" features a clear focus on breath awareness, deep relaxation, balance, strength and intentional posture. As yin and yang balance our entire existence, Tai Chi embodies two distinct aspects in practice: rooted strength and flowing emptiness. The foundation of the class is Cheng Man-ch'ing's Yang-style short form plus elements of Qigong practice.

All skill levels welcome! Classes are held indoors; please dress comfortably.
