Owl Nest Mentorship

...is an integrative path of personal development rooted in embodiment, awareness, discipline, creativity, and inner balance. Drawing from movement practices, meditation traditions, breathwork, sound, and conscious lifestyle practices, this mentorship is designed to support grounded transformation in both inner and outer life.

Tai Chi

A moving meditation rooted in softness, awareness, balance, and internal presence. Through consistent practice, students develop greater calm under pressure, improved posture and coordination, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with the body.

 

This is not performance-based movement. It is a lifelong practice of refinement, sensitivity, and embodied awareness.

Egyptian Breathwork

Breath is one of the most direct bridges between the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system. Through guided breathing practices, you’ll learn tools for grounding, emotional regulation, increased vitality, mental clarity, and stress reduction.

 

Practices are based on ancient Egyptian techniques with an emphasis on the 10-chakra energy system.

Egyptian Mantra

Explore the transformative power of sound, vibration, repetition, and focused intention through mantra practice. Used across countless traditions for thousands of years, mantra can support concentration, emotional balance, energetic alignment, and a deeper sense of BEing.

 

Practices may include vocal toning, sacred sounds, silent repetition, and meditative chanting.

Fitness and Stretching

Build functional strength, mobility, resilience, and body awareness through a balanced combination of calisthenics, mobility training, and yoga asanas. The emphasis is not on extreme performance, but on sustaining a strong, adaptable, and functional body.

 

Training is approached as a relationship with the body, not a punishment against it.

Meditation

Meditation practices are integrated from multiple traditions including Tai Chi, Zen Buddhism, shamanic visualizations, and others. This is an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, concentration, emotional clarity, and inner stillness through techniques focused on presence, observation, grounding, and conscious attention.

The goal is fuller participation with life.

Sacred Oils

Traditional aromatic oils and botanical blends (hand-delivered from Egypt) are used to support meditation, ritual, grounding, and sensory awareness. Fragrance has long been used across cultures to influence mood, memory, atmosphere, and presence.

These oils are particularly relevant for unlocking deeply innate memories and vibrations.
