Cancellation Policy

For all sessions: If cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, there will be a $44 cancelation fee. Sessions may be rescheduled with no fee with at least 24 hours’ notice. Transfers to a friend for the same time slot are allowed and would simply require the friend to complete a brief intake and agree to the same policies. For the "Focused Fractals” 4-part package: Once purchased, the plan can’t be automatically converted into a refund for sessions already used. Clients may still cancel the remaining unused sessions at any time. The refund rate would be: 4 out of 4 sessions refunded: $700 3 out of 4 sessions refunded: $555 2 out of 4 sessions refunded: $333 1 out of 4 sessions refunded: $111
