
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a grounded and ancient method for developing presence, balance, and connection with all of nature, especially ourselves. With over 15 years of practice, Owl focuses on deep mindfulness and practical integration of the art into a daily life that embodies harmony, nervous system regulation, physical alignment, and a clearer relationship to presence.
Alongside the balance of yin and yang, Tai Chi practice develops both grounded strength and relaxed, flowing movement.
Classes are rooted in Cheng Man-ch'ing’s Yang-style short form and are supported by elements of Qigong practice. All skill levels are welcome and classes are held outdoors, rain or shine.
